Itinerary

Day1:

Ho Chi Minh City/Saigon

Meet and greet by your driver upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat Airport, and then transfer directly to hotel for check in. There are no tours arranged today, we leave rest of the day for you to relax.Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

Day2:

Ho Chi Minh City/Saigon

In the morning, we travel to visit Thien Hau Temple, Binh Tay Market and FITO museum* - the Museum of Traditional Vietnamese Medicine. After lunch, visit the War Remnants or History Museum and the former Presidential Palace, the Notre Dame Cathedral, Old Saigon Post Office, Dong Khoi Street (formerly Rue Catinat), Continental Hotel, Opera House and City Hall are all within walking distance and absolutely nice choices for a free stroll. Transfer back to Hotel. Overnight in HCMC.

Day3:

Ho Chi Minh City/Saigon

Morning transfer to tour the famous Cu Chi Tunnels, you will enjoy a scenic drive through paddy flatlands and countryside. Arrive to Cu Chi tunnels for a fascinating guided tour of this amazing three-floor labyrinth of underground passages stretching a staggering 250 kilometers from Saigon to the Cambodian border.After Cu chi tour, transfer to Cao Dai temple at Tay Ninh town, you will arrive at the temple in time for the midday service giving you the chance to listen to chanting devotees. The temple’s exterior is decorated with multi-colored dragons of all shapes and sizes. After lunch return to HCMC.Overnight in HCMC.

Day4:

Ho Chi Minh City/Saigon - Vinh Long - Ho Chi Minh City/Saigon

Our tour guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel and travel to Cai Be. Arrival in Cai Be we aboard a cruise in Phu An Hamlet.Begin Cruise Tour with the visit to Cai Be colorful floating market, cruising among local barges full of fruits and vegetables.Proceed to Dong Hoa Hiep Island to discover beautiful landscape along the river.Visit to Ancient Mandarin House dating from 1890.Observe the activity of rice business at the biggest rice market in Cai Be while sailing to visit a traditional brick factory or to learn how locals build houses with palm leaves. Lunch at "Le Longanier", a superb Indochinese villa located by the river.After a short walk trip along a beautiful canal, the excursion will endat Ba Bon Bridge where your own private transportation vehicle will await for you.Overnight in HCMC.

Day5:

Ho Chi Minh City/Saigon - Da Nang - Hue

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for a morning flight to Danang. Meet on arrival at Danang / International airport and directly transfer to Hue via Hai Van Pass (Pass of the Ocean & Clouds), passing through many pretty red-tiled villages with fruit orchards, enjoying spectacular views of sky and sea. Enjoy seafood lunch at Lang Co fishing village. Upon arrival transfer to the hotel for check-in. Continue your tour to visit Imperial Citadel, Imperial Museum and Dong Ba market. Overnight in Hue.

Day6:

Hai Van Pass

Breakfast at hotel, Take a boat trip on Perfume River to Linh Mu Pagoda (Heavenly Lady Pagoda) and Minh Mang tomb.Lunch followed by a visit to Tu Duc & Khai Dinh tombs. In the evening: Enjoy traditional folk music on boat. Overnight in Hue.

Day7:

Hue - Da Nang - Hoi An

Breakfast at hotel. Drive back to Danang - Start your tour upon arrival visit Cham Museum, Marble Mountains and China Hue Beach before proceed to Hoi An old town. Lunch at local restaurant - Discover the historic town which used to be a prosperous seaport city during the 16th to 18th centuries. Its sizable community of foreign merchants resulted in a unique architectural style with Vietnamese, Chinese and Japanese influences. Walking tour in Hoi An to Chinese Assembly Hall & Temples, old houses & Japanese Covered Bridge. Overnight in Hoi An.

Day8:

Hoi An

This tour will take you on a visit to artisans making bricks according to age-old. You will discover how wooden river boats are made and learn the secret of weaving the colorful straw Hoi An sleeping mats. Try the renowned Vietnamese basket boats. You will spend the day with first-hand contact with one of the rural inhabitant of the region, far from the usual tourist circuits. At lunchtime you will be invited into a local home for a traditional Vietnamese meal, and learn their customs and traditions. After you have relaxed for a while under the shade of a mango tree, you will begin your return towards Hoi An, which will take about an hour. Overnight in Hoi An.

Day9:

Hoi An - Da Nang - Hanoi

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for a morning flight to Hanoi.Upon your arrival at the Hanoi International Airport, our driver will meet you with BAT (short for Bravo Asia Tours) welcoming Board and then escort you to your hotel. On this afternoon city tour, you will take a 20 minute drive from your hotel to the very impressive Museum of Ethnology, among the finest of Vietnam's museums. You will see many exhibits, photographs and actual houses inhabited by some of the 54 ethnic people in Vietnam. It will offer a truly colorful introduction to these ethnic tribes. From here, you will enjoy a one hour cycle tour of Hanoi's vibrant Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem Lake, the focal point of the city. Lastly, in the late afternoon, you will be enchanted by the legends and stories told at the Thang Long Water Puppet Show that no one should miss while visiting Hanoi. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day10:

Hanoi - Hoa Lu - Hanoi

Travelthrough rural northern Vietnam to the site of Vietnam's first capital, HOA LU. Visit to the temples dedicated to Emperor Dinh Tien Hoang of the Dinh Dynasty. The ancient Hoa Lu Citadel once covered an area of three square kilometers.Continue to TAM COC through stunning limestone karst valleys surrounded by picturesque fields and villages.After lunch, board your private sampan for a leisurely 2.5-hour cruise trip. After the boat trip, take a leisure walk through rice fields to visit picturesque Thai Vi temple or drive to Bich Dong Pagoda on nearby Ngu Nhac Mountain, and comprising three structures: Ha, Trung, and Thuong Pagodas, in ascending order before returning to Hanoi for overnight. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day11:

Hanoi - Ha Long

Pick up at your hotel in Hanoi and transfer to Halong Wharf for boarding your Ha Long Bay cruise Tour.Cruise through Halong Bay, passing the most beautiful and quiet areas including Incense Burner, Dog Stone Islet, Fighting Cock, Finger Islet.Overnight on Board.

Day12:

Ha Long

Continue your 2nd cruise tour.Daytime activities include cruising to less trafficked areas of the Bay, visiting Surprise Cave and kayaking around Bat Cave area (the itinerary could be revised flexibly based on weather conditions). Lunch is served on board mid-day. After lunch, guests will pay a visit to Pearl Farm in the afternoon. Overnight on Board.

Day13:

Ha Long - Hanoi

Guests are transferred by tender to the Titov Island. About one hour is spent on the island, allowing time to climb to the peak for a breathtaking 360 degree view of the Bay.Enjoy a full breakfast in the dining room before depart for Tuan Chau port, where you get on a private car to return to Hanoi.Overnight in Hanoi.

Day14:

Hanoi

Tour ends today. Free at leisure in the morning, before transfer to the airport for flight home.
