Itinerary

Day1:

Bangkok

Upon arrival at Bangkok International Airport in Thailand, be met and drive to your hotel for check-in. Overnight in Bangkok.

Day2:

Bangkok - Khao Yai National Park - Pak Chong

Early morning start our tour from Bangkok. First stop is Nakon Nayok, At the local fruitmarket, you can taste and purchase some fresh Thai fruits. Continue to the entrance of the Khao Yai National Park. After the formalities, you travel up the well-maintained park road. At the Heio Narok waterfall you will have a longer stay. From the parking lot you walk about 20 minutes on a concrete path until you reach the first steps of the three-tier waterfall, one of the largest in Thailand. Continue to the park headquarters, and from there through the thick jungle to Heio Suwat waterfall. After a visit to the Park Museum, we exit the park on its backside. About 20 km west of the park exit lays today’s overnight quarters, the Khao Yai Nature Life Resort. At 17 o clock we go come to a place not far from the resort, where u you can witness millions of bats swarming out of their nest to go on a night raid. Overnight near Pakchong.

Day3:

Pak Chong - Buriram

After breakfast we head up to Phimai, about 55 km north of Korat. Phimai was built in the 12th Century by the same king who built the Angkor Wat in Cambodia.The still very well preserved park is home to one of the largest banyan trees in the world. We continue to the east to visit 2 other ancient Khmer temples, Prasat Phanom Rung, a former volcano, and Muang Tham. Overnight in Buriram.

Day4:

Buriram - Bangkok

This morning you will visit a small countryside village that lives mainly from agriculture. This is not a model village, but a normal village, where you will get a realistic insight into the daily rural village life. When it is a workday, and not a school holiday, you will also visit the village school, where you can practice some English conversation with the local school children, if you wish to do so. Lunch at a noodle restaurant in the village, and then we will head back to Bangkok, either to hotel or airport for flight to your next destination.
