Itinerary

Day1:

Beijing

Welcome to China. Meet your tour guide holding Bravo Asia Tours greeting board at Beijing International Airport. We will transfer to hotel so you can fresh up after your long flight. Meet local people, experience efficient public transport and see the wonders that Beijing has to offer!

Day2:

Beijing

Visit the Temple of Heaven, Tian`anmen Square, Forbidden City, wich is the largest and most well-preserved ancient imperial residence in China today, and Summer Palace, the best-preserved imperial garden in the world.Later embark on a tour of Beijing's famous Hutongs, an old and traditional area of the city. Travel the narrow alleyways filled with vendors and shoppers and traditional architecture by pedicab (rickshaw). You will also visit a local's home.

Day3:

Beijing

Without a visit to Great Wall is not a complete Beijing tour. Today you will escape from the crowds and enjoy a leisure walk on the magnificent Great Wall (Mutianyu section, round trip cable car included), the 8th Wonder of the World. Walking on the venerable ramparts, you will amaze at the unbelievable constructions and appealing landscape that surrounds the Wall. And then, visit the Chang Tomb which gives you an real insight into the Chinese mindset.Later there will be a short photo stop at the Bird's nest and the water cube (the locations of the 2008 Olympics).Evening is left for an all-round Beijing; you can enjoy the nightlife and bar culture at the Houhai (Back Lakes), taste the famous Beijing Roast Duck or appreciate the Kong Fu Show.

Day4:

Beijing - Xian

Today, fly to the ancient capital of Xian. Flight time is approximately 2 hours. Meet your tour guide holding Bravo Asia Tours greeting board at the Airport and transferred to your hotel. Xian is a veritable treasure trove of Chinese culture. This afternoon visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the Provincial Museum.Spend the rest of the evening discovering the city on your own.

Day5:

Xian

Visit the over one thousand life-size terra cotta warriors which have been standing guard by the tomb of Qin Shi Huang for 2,000 years. The individually sculpted warriors may be the archaeological find of the century. En route back to the city in the afternoon, you stop at a ceramics and pottery centre. In the evening enjoy the Tang Dynasty show with dumpling dinner.

Day6:

Xian - Shanghai

This morning you will fly to Shanghai, the largest city in China.Flight time is approximately 2 hours. Meet your tour guide holding Bravo Asia Tours greeting board at the Airport and transferred to your hotel. The afternoon is free for you to either just relax or do some shopping on your own.

Day7:

Shanghai

Today's full day sightseeing includes a visit to the classical Yu Garden, Shanghai Museum impressive Shanghai Museum with attractions that include enormous fine stone sculptures, bronze-ware, porcelain, calligraphic works, Chinese paintings and ancient furniture. Then visit the Bund and Tianzifang Artist Area. The evening includes the famous Shanghai acrobatic show.

Day8:

Shanghai - Tokyo

You will be transferred to the airport for your departure flight.Welcome to Tokyo!Enjoy a full day of guided sightseeing in Tokyo. You can start the day by visiting Asakusa, Tokyo's historic district. Here you can browse the bustling market place of Nakamise Dori, visit the famous Senso-ji Temple and explore the backstreets lined with Kabuki theatres, rustic bars and restaurants. From Asakusa you can take a river cruise on the Sumida River to the Hamarikyu Gardens.A short train journey from here can take you to Harajuku.Nearby you can also find Meiji Jingu.Spend the rest of the evening discovering the city on your own.

Day9:

Tokyo

Cooking class. Today try your hand at preparing Japanese cuisine with the help of a local person. Together with your host you'll head ot the local market to shop for fresh ingredients before arriving to the kitchen, set up in the local cultural centre of the Yanaka district of Tokyo known for its artisans and craftspeople. Here, you’ll be shown how to prepare a traditional Japanese meal including classic dishes such as sushi, tempura or teriyaki chicken which of course you can then enjoy for lunch.

Day10:

Tokyo - Nara - Nagoya - Kyoto

Today you will leave Tokyo behind and visit the enchanting central Japan - Kyoto, Nara and Nagoya. Sightseeing in Nara includes visits to Todaiji Temple of Daibutsu - the largest bronze Buddha structure in Japan within the serenity of Nara Deer Park. Upon arrival in Kyoto, where Kinkakuji located is a Zen Temple in northern Kyoto whose top two floors are completely covered in gold leaf. you might have chance to see Geisha walking on the metropolitan city. Nested in the quiet foothills of Mount Otawa is Kiyomizu Temple.Stroll down the streets in Gion (Geisha District) to enjoy the ancient Japan culture.

Day11:

Kyoto

Today we will continue our tour of Kyoto, once the capital of Japan and still considered its cultural center. First is a visit to Arashiyama to see Tenryuji Temple . Then proceed through a dense bamboo grove, past several small shrines, tea shops and private houses before arriving at the Togetsukyo Bridge over Hozu River. Continue on to the Kinkakuji Temple (Golden Pavilion) covered with 18 carat gold leaf. At the Nishijin Textile Center, you can view displays of kimonos and even watch a kimono fashion show. We will experience a traditional Japanese tea ceremony.

Day12:

Kyoto

It is time to say goodbye. We hope to see you again in your next trip to Asia. Your beautiful memory of this trip and our best wishes will company you back home safely.
