Siem Reap - Tonle Sap Lake - Phnom Penh - Bangkok - Kanchanaburi - Hua Hin - Bangsaphan - Khao Sok National Park

Itinerary

Day1:

Siem Reap

Upon arrival at Siem Reap Airport in Cambodia, be met and drive to your hotel for check-in. We leave rest of the day for you to relax, recover from Jet lag. Overnight in Siem Reap.

Day2:

Siem Reap

After breakfast at Hotel, we transfer by private car to visit Banteay Srei temple and Pre Rup temple. After lunch at Khmer Batchum Restaurant, continue our tour to visit Ta Prohm temple. Embraced by the roots of enormous fig trees and gigantic creepers, the temple of Ta Prohm was used as a location in the film Tomb Raider. And visit Chau Doc with unique brick sculptures, Banteay Kdei surrounded by four concentric walls. Have relax nearby temple and enjoy cool fresh coconut arrange by your driver. Back to city Dinner show (optional activity).Overnight in Siem Reap.

Day3:

Siem Reap

Early morning we start witness sunrise over Angkor Wat temple and listening singing birds over the ancient land of Angkor area.After sunrise back to Hotel for breakfast. Continue tour to visit temples, such as: South Grate of Angkor Thom, Angkor Thom Temple Complex (BAYON), Preah Khan Temple, and visit Angkor Wat Temple after lunch. Overnight in Siem Reap.

Day4:

Siem Reap - Tonle Sap Lake - Phnom Penh

Check out after breakfast. Then, transfer through the outskirts of Siem Reap to the Tonle Sap Lake. Board your boat and have a cruise trip through Tonle Sap, observing life on the lake as you travel past floating fishing villages that have their own schools, shops, hospitals and even crocodile farms!On the return journey to Siem Reap, take the back roads into town and get a glimpse of daily rural activities, such as rice planting and harvesting, duck farming, and making the popular but smelly fish paste. Stop at a local Buddhist temple, chat with the villagers and try the local snacks. Have lunch at Madam Butterfly Restaurant Before transfer to Airport for flight to Phnom Penh. Upon Arrival, welcome and transfer to Hotel for check in. Stay overnight in Phnom Penh.

Day5:

Phnom Penh

After breakfast, you will visit the famous Royal Palace, which is the royal residence of the king of Cambodia, and then take a visit to Silver Pagoda, National Museum and Wat Phnom. Have lunch at Bopha Phnom Penh and rest in the afternoon. Continue your tour to Toul Sleng Genocide Museum. Tuol Sleng was earlier a primary school and a lycee (Tuol Svay Prey) and became during the regime of Pol Pot, a major place of torture and death. Choeng Ek 'Killing Fields, A living memorial, Choeng Ek's grassy fields mark the site of the 'Genocidal Center' where tens of thousands lost their lives. A number of mass graves have been uncovered, but many have not.Free time, we can visit Central Market for buy some gifts for your friends or family.Overnight in Phnom Penh.

Day6:

Phnom Penh - Bangkok

Have breakfast at hotel, and then transfer to the airport for flight to Bangkok. Upon arrival at Bangkok International Airport in Thailand, be met and drive to your hotel for check-in.We leave rest of the day for you to relax. Overnight in Bangkok.

Day7:

Bangkok - Kanchanaburi

We will meet you at your hotel at 7 am. The trip goes in southern direction to Samut Songkram and further on to the floating market of Damnoern Saduak, the only floating market still active in Thailand. In a small boat you will be rowed through the market canals and the nearby khlongs for about one hour. Like more than one hundred years ago, people from the surrounding areas come here to sell and buy fruits and vegetables on their wooden row-boats. From Damnoern Saduak it will take another 90 minutes by car to get to Kanchanaburi. You will make a train-ride along the famous “Death-Railway” and the last stop for today will be at the famous "Bridge over the Kwai". Before getting to your hotel, you will take a motorboat ride through the surrounding areas of Kanchanaburi. (Around 30 minutes) Overnight in kanchanaburi.

Day8:

Kanchanaburi - Hua Hin

In the morning after breakfast you drive on to Petchaburi. Visit the Khao Luang cave with numerous monkeys living nearby. Another interesting stop on the road is a former royal palace on a scenic mountain. Here you can enjoy the view over the area, take a little walk or visit the museum. From Petchaburi to Chaam it’s about another 85 km. Overnight in Hua Hin.

Day9:

Hua Hin - Bangsaphan

Today you will visit the National Park of Sam Roi Yod beginning with a short boat trip to a magnificent beach, where you have about 2 hours’ time to relax. If you want, you could climb up a small mountain to visit Tham Phra Nakorn cave, but you should use a local guide for this trip. At Prachuap Kirikan enjoy the beautiful overview from the "Mirror Mountain". The next interesting point is the Phra Phut Kiti Sirichai Pagoda near Bankrud. Overnight in Bangsaphan.

Day10:

Bangsaphan - Khao Sok National Park

Continue over Surat Thani 90 km west to Khao Sok National Park. Approx. 40 km away from the Khao Sok NP we take a detour to the Rajaphrapa reservoir. In a long tail boat you will discover the fascinating landscape with “Guilin of Thailand”, which looks like a stone-forest. Overnight near the National Park Khao Sok.

Day11:

Khao Sok National Park

Today, you can devote several hours in a canoe paddling along a jungle river, through a very scenic area. In the afternoon you will have the opportunity to make a short hike through the jungle or to swim in the river next to the resort. Overnight near Khao Sok National Park.

Day12:

Khao Sok National Park

After breakfast, we drive either to Surat Thani for the ferry to Koh Samui or in a western direction to your hotel in Phuket, Koh Kor Khao, Khao Lak or Krabi.
