How to book a tailored tour with us

Bookings with Bravo Asia Tours are Online Bookings.

1.Tailor your tour

By the forms and email addresses on our website, you can submit your enquiry. Your travel consultant customizes tour arrangements according to your requirements. We can refine your itinerary until it is satisfied. This process is absolutely free.

2.Pay for it

When you confirm the arrangement by email and give us your personal and payment details, you are requesting a tour booking with us. When we receive this request, we will check to see if your chosen arrangements are still available at the price quoted. We will not take any payment from you at this stage.

After your travel consultant confirm the availability and price of the arrangements. You may please help us finish the payment process (Check details of how to pay us). If the arrangements are available but not at the price quoted, we will contact you by telephone or by email to give you the option to purchase the arrangements at the revised priced.

For booking with more than 4 weeks before departure, you pay us in two parts. Upon the confirmation of availability of the arrangements, a minimum deposit of 30-70% of total cost must be paid. The exact deposit percentage is depending on the particular arrangements booked and in some circumstances full payment for the arrangements may be required at the time of booking. The balance of the cost of your tour must be received no later than 4 weeks before departure. Your travel consultant will inform you by time and assist you in the whole process.

For booking 4 weeks or less before departure, full payment must be made at the time of booking.

If we do not receive all payments due (including any surcharge where applicable) in full and on time, your booking will be treated as cancelled by you in accordance.

Upon the time money received, your booking with be confirmed by the issue of a confirmation invoice, ticket and other paperwork.

3.Check all travel documents we send to you

Please check your confirmation invoice, ticket and any other documentation you receive in relation to your booking as soon as you receive it. Please contact us immediately if any information appears to be incorrect or incomplete as it may not be possible to make changes later. We recommend that all documents are printed before your departure.

4.Travel with proper and valid documents

We highly recommend that all documents are printed before your departure. You are responsible for valid passport and visa required by the countries to or through which you are intending to travel. Check your passport and visa for validation. Most Asian countries require passport with at least 6months validation. For visa, there are visa upon arrival or visa application in your own countries, please contact your travel consultant for detailed visa policy of different countries.

5.Insurance

Adequate travel insurance is essential. It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance cover you purchase is suitable and adequate for your particular needs. If you choose to travel without adequate insurance cover, we will not be liable for any losses howsoever arising, in respect of which insurance cover would otherwise have been available.

6.Health

Please take up-to-date health advice about the health precautions you will need to take prior to departure. And let us know about your health condition if there is assistance you might need.

7.Travel and keep in touch with your travel consultant and people of our local office

You will have contact information of tour guide and office employee in each destination. Let us know if you have any requests or need any assistant. Your travel consultant will also be in touch with you during the whole trip by email or phone.

8.Refund and cancellation
