Reviews about Bravo Asia Tours

I'm a firm believer in having a private tour when visiting a new country to get the most out of it. And BAT did not disappoint in Myanmar and Thailand! We had several free days in Thailand then for Myanmar. Suri, our guide in Myanmar was extremely knowledgeable and provided so much more information than you'd ever read in a book, as well as providing insights on history and current events from a local perspective. He is respectful, fun and very flexible to make the tour what you want it to be. And he knows the best places. I highly recommend Bravo Asia Tours. --Ashley Madison

Since we are not the worldliest of travelers and were a little hesitant about being on our own in Southeast Asia, we wanted the comfort of local escorting guides and found BAT in our research. You may be thinking timid Americans, and to a certain extent, we were. But, Andy and the people from the Yangon office eliminated all anxiety. We felt completely comfortable everywhere we went. It was like having a guide, translator, world history text books and security blanket all wrapped up in one. And, with one of my kids having some stomach issues in Yangon, both our guide, Samath and the driver, Yu, went way out of their ways to take care of us. We would never have had such an amazing experience in Myanmar without them. --Emma Jones

The 12 day tour also includes trips to Siem Reap(Angkor), Tonle Sap Lake, Battambang and Phnom Penh which was a great way to learn more about Cambodia and the current socioeconomic conditions of the area. We would not have been able to appreciate Cambodia the way we did without this tour, and would highly recommend BAT. --Ethan Dolan

For a group of 4 individuals, the van + tour guide were life savers, especially with the heat! Lots of cold towels + waters every stop of the way in Cambodia. We happen to go during a day when Angkor Wat was closed, so we asked to go to the landmine museum. The museum was an amazing replacement, with a touching story of the history of landmines in Cambodia. All in all, the tour was well worth the money. Highly recommend BAT!
